American scientists conducted a comparative analysis of the antioxidant content in various fruits. The winner was cranberries. By the percentage of antioxidants of the phenolic group, cranberries exceeded all other fruits and vegetables.

The ten most useful fruits in terms of the presence of antioxidants included: the leader is cranberries, then pears, dark grapes, apples, cherries, strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, bananas, green grapes.
