Folk remedies for fatigue

Want to cheer up, get the necessary boost of energy and get rid of the symptoms of chronic fatigue? Prepare one of these 4 folk remedies, each of which consists of a maximum of three ingredients.

4 remedies for body fatigue

To quickly cheer up and stop falling asleep in the workplace, prepare a folk remedy for chronic fatigue. Nothing complicated, but the effect is amazing.
With honey and nuts
Ingredients

• 150 g of peeled nuts;

• 150 g of liquid honey;

• 1 lemon

Pass nuts and lemon through a meat grinder, add honey and mix well. Put the mixture in a glass jar and refrigerate. Eat 1 tbsp. l mixes twice a day on an empty stomach, washing down with a glass of warm water.

The grape juice
To make juice, take a kilogram of any red grapes and squeeze the juice out of it with double gauze. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator (no longer than a week). Take 2 tbsp. l juice before meals twice a day. If the juice is too concentrated, dilute it with water.

A decoction of needles
Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. l chopped pine needles;

• 3 tbsp. l honey;

• 200 ml of water.

Pour the needles with water and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for about half an hour, remove from the stove, cool slightly. Add to the broth 3 tbsp. l honey and let it brew for an hour in the heat. Drink such a decoction of 2 tsp. daily after dinner. You will get rid of insomnia and chronic fatigue.

Milk with honey
Ingredients

• 200 ml of milk;

• 1 tbsp. l honey;

• half of Art. l dry chamomile.

Pour the chamomile with milk, bring to a boil and cool. Strain the resulting broth through double gauze, add honey to it.
